Facials are one of the great ways to keep your skin healthy in a warm and relaxing environment and they are offered anywhere from regular Spa’s to doctor’s office. The ingredients used at the typical spa are geared more towards providing comfort and smoothing experience even though skin issues can be addressed there but you’ll need more advanced facials that addresses the skin concerns and will require a methodological approach to address the skin and facial issues.

Medical facials are custom designed to address the skin’s need and generally customized to treat skin conditions such as aging, sun damaged, acne prone skin, treating Rosacea, hyperpigmentation, dry skin, wrinkles, and blemishes. These facials are not as relaxing or pampering then the regular facials but more attention is given to the skin’s needs.

At ZR Med Spa, we offer various types of facials depending on your skin type whether it’s dry, oily or sensitive skin, you’ll find a facial that will cater your needs at our spa. Before every facial we perform the skin analysis and recommended a facial type suitable for your skin.

The Facials consists of cleansing, extraction of blackheads, exfoliating of the skin along with incorporating treatments such as dermaplaning, chemical peel, microcurrent, and microdermabrasion that is best suited for your skin needs. The facials are typically followed by facial massage which helps to relax and stimulate the blood flow and circulate to the face muscles.

Microdermabrasion Facial

The microdermabrasion treatment is used to improve the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, brown spots, scars and acne blemishes. It is a non-invasive procedure that uses a spray of microcrystals to remove the outermost layer of dry, dead skin skills and reveal younger and healthier looking skin. The anti-aging facial helps to moisturizes the dehydrated skin, slow down the aging process, improves circulation and improves the elasticity of the skin.

Teenager Facial

The teen facials are designed to keep teen’s complexion in mind to clean out blackheads and clogged pores caused by oil production. During the teenage years, the hormones can really start to fluctuate which can aggregate the skin and cause blemishes and breakouts. The teen facials involve deep cleansing followed by gentle extractions. A healing mask depending on the skin type will then help to rehydrate dry, flaky skin or to eliminate oily particles.

Back Facial

A back facial is intended to clarify and soften the skin helping to improve the appearance and texture. The back facial involves cleansing, exfoliation, extractions, deep cleansing, and relaxations of the skin. The main focus of the back facial is to improve the health of the skin while providing a deep moisturizing treatment. If your skin is dry, sun-damaged, and mature, the back facial will make you feel fresh and relaxed with a healthy and glowing back. This facial doesn’t include any Acne treatment.

ZR Signature Facial

The ZR signature facial developed by Zilena Ro utilizing years of experience as a medical esthetician. This will include an in-depth analysis followed by an evaluation of your current skin and a customized facial followed by a relaxing head/neck massage. This fascial includes microdermabrasion, chemical peels, microcurrent technology and combines all the benefits of the hydro-facial treatment with the addition of detoxification and the stressors of stream, scrub, extraction of impurities with mask & facial massage and will include nutrient-rich and effective vitamin E or C and hyaluronic acid, and others moisturizing serums.

Acne Facial

An acne facial is the deep cleansing treatment designed for acne prone skin. The treatment works for both men and women and are recommended for people who have uneven complexions or oily skin. The facial includes deep cleansing, facial extractions to remove pore-clogging sebum, exfoliation with stream and a healing mask treatment. The glycolic acid is also used to manage and prevent the acne flare-ups.

The Gentlemen’s facial treatment is becoming very popular and that’s why we have designed a custom facial with men skin texture and complexion in mind. This facial will cleanse, hydrate, and relieve shaving irritation while revitalizing the skin and removing all impurities. It will help to improve the tone and texture of your complexion and will also maintain and extend the natural glow of your skin and will reveal your most radiant skin After the facial you’ll feel relax with facial massage.
